Met with owner of 901 W. 7th St. (John Bavender)@ 901 w. 7th St. on 05/25/2010, looked at brush pile and determined that brush pile had been placed there by persons other than tenant at 901 W. 7th St. Pictures in file will show that brush pile contains some large maple branches that are larger than any tree on the property @ 901 W. 7th St. Pictures will show similarities between brush pile and the maple tree on the property adjacent to the south @ 215 N. Waldron.
