Phone Call: White City pickup w/seal and employee on riding mower with blade tipped up on side were working in the area trimming and cutting bushes late this am. Bushes shouldn't be trimmed this way w/mower because of flying debris. Citizen says they whacked up the pine tree in her yard. Also, they left their debris behind and didn't clean it up. If her tree was posing a problem she would have taken care of it -- it shouldn't have been whacked up like this. Someone should have notified her.
