Phone Call: Mrs. Pennington called Streets in late June re van seats which were dumped near a culvert on Hancock Street. She understood someone would pick them up and they were not. Since then, other people are using the area for a dump. (Mrs. Pennington would like a call re when this trash can be picked up.)

went out to dumping site spoke with Mr. Pennington and he had no idea who dumped the seats. I had the seats hauled off.
