[data cleanup] Closing date was missing and has been provided by the system as a best guess
Phone Call: Mr. Crewell is president of the Fritz terrace neighborhood Association. He has two traffic related concers. 1)The residential side of North Kinser, from Marsh north, is not marked with neither yellow curbs nor "No Parking" signs. Sometimes people actually park there, and he feels it should be marked. 2) Within Fritz Terrace, there are no sidewalks. That, coupled with the curvy streets, make a speed limit of 30mph too fast for the neighborhood.

1) It does not appear that on-street parking occurs often on Kinser but I will keep an eye on the area to determine if "sign" pollution is necessary for safety reasons. 2) 30 mph is the minimum state statutorily allowed speed. We will be constructing sidewalk on the west side of Kinser Pike this year. We will determine at that time if No Parking signs should be installed.
