I looked at the site and do not see any problem with the sight distance at any of the approaches of this 3-way intersection. I tried to call Ms. Berninger and spoke with one of her roomates. He said the problem is when they try to enter or exit their driveway. This is not a problem I can address (it's a private drive). I will continue to monitor the intersection to determine if any corrections to the hill are necessary. I think a large part of the problem on Jefferson St is excessive speeds
