Driveby with Carol Jack. There is a brush pile, but it is about 5 feet east of the drainage grate. Drainage grate is clear of debris and culvert pit is clear of debris. Not valid.

Phone Call: Residents living at the SE corner of Grandview and Hwy. 45 continue to pile yard waste next to the sewer drain. The pile is now approx. 2 feet high and 5-6 feet in diameter.
