Drove by. There are several cars parked here. All are visibly operable except for 1. Some of the others have prices written on them. Spoke with property owner; the cars belong to her brother who lives there--he is trying to sell a couple of them--they have an add in the paper. She will take the prices off the cars so it doesn't look like a car lot, however, she said that all the cars are registered and insured in her brothers name. Spoke with another tenant about the truck that looks inoperable. It is his personal vehicle that he is currently repairing--told him that was ok.
