Web Form: "Intersection of 2nd St and Basswood Rd is very dangerous. Would like City to look into placing some kind of stop/traffic control there. Cars have a very difficult time crossing 2nd St at this location.
I looked at the intersection and do not feel that the apartments generate enough traffic at this time to warrant a traffic signal. We will keep observing the growth in the area to determine when a traffic study needs to be performed. Continuing to monitor the intersection. This CA is being marked complete but the "problem" cannot be solved at this point in time.
