Traffic Related Complaints: Request
Phone Call: Vehicles are speeding downs 8th Street in front of Mr. Craig's house. He feels that most of this traffic comes from Valhalia Mobile Home Park. There are several children that play in this neighborhood, very dangerous situation. Craig contacted Randy Williamson, Police Department. Williamson will have Police out there to do radar. Craig would like to have speed and traffic counts done, possibly install a stop sign, 8th Street & Hays Street.

We have done traffic counts at this location before and a multiway stop is not warranted. When we get our radar boards, we will target this area. The radar boards arrived in November and have been placed on 8th St. several times. We will continue to monitor it.
