D/B With S.J. D/B stop and talk with tenant.Susan Main. Owner is Robert Ingram @ RT2 Springville, 812-824-8283. 10/31/1997 Called and spoke w/ Ms. Main RE: 2nd fl Tenants. Asked her to register rental. Inquired about Pillars and she said an estimate for repair is being done. 11/21/1997-Building had a cycle Inspection. D/B- Verify Correction of the pillars. D/B-02-02-1998- Work on correcting the pillars is out to bid, concrete bumpers are in place to prevent any autos from striking the pillars and causing any further damage. 05/14/98 complete follow up with agent, owner waiting for contractor to complete work. Claims that seel columns inside support masonry and will not fall. 10/27/1998-DB-Work complete. COlimns repaired
