Letter: Ms. Anton wrote the Council concerned about flyers being placed on her door. She was worried that if they were placed while she was away burlars would know that no one was home. She wanted to know whether we had or would consider an ordinance prohibiting the use of flyers. Do we have any regulations regarding the use of door hanger notices?
