Checked site and did not see any cars parked on the street -- I did see a line of site problem for EB traffic at the intersection. Justin contacted the property owner at 1643 E. Maplecrest (Mary Judson) to discuss trimming their trees and he talked to them about parking vehicles on the street. She said they sometimes park on the street so the kids can use the basketball goal in the drive but they always park to the west of their drive which should not cause a problem at the intersection. Called Mr. Teach and left a voice mail message informing him I had talked to the property owner and do not feel that parking on the west side of the drive is a hazard. I also hate to sign the street no parking because then no one can park. 9/19/97 -- Mr. Teach returned my call and wanted to know the process for getting no parking signs -- I told him it would have to be with majority neighborhood approval and would be heard by TC -- he will send a letter if that's what the neighbors decide.
