After several discussions with Mrs. White and Jeff Crider, we have hired Bledsoe Tapp to do a property survey at this location (COB and Crider will split the cost). When this is complete (within 2 weeks), Crider will reset her fence.
After much to do, the fence was reset by Crider on her property lines. Talk to Justin Wykoff or Jane Fleig for additional information if necessary.
Note: my time on this is reflected above but Justin Wykoff spent approximately 20 hours trying to resolve this issue, mostly due to incooperation from Mrs. White.
