Phone Call: Occupant is Daniel Bynum. Neighbor believes he is in late 80's, and is very confused. Adult Protective Service told her to call us about yard. He is dumping garbage and newspapers in back, and lawn is unmowed. He lives alone, and Adult Protective Services will try to help him.
