Phone Call: Trash, concrete, etc., left on sidewalks from remodeling and curb cut. Vehicles are parked on sidewalks.

Spoke to Mary Ellen Murphy in planning she will send him notice of erosion control violation. 7/24/97 on site spoke to owner he says he will have sidewalk cleaned and all trash and construction debris gone by 5:00 today and he will have sod down by Saturday aft. if they have it in stock. If not he will put up erosion control. Sod has been installed work is progressing on the rest of the retaining wall. 08/19/1997 all sod has been placed. Instead of a retaining wall they shaved off the grade and installed more sod.
