Risk Management has already provided a memo to Parks (which was forwarded to Mr. Kreutzer) that explains the City's policy on liability for this problem.Included in this memo was information on how to file a claim, if Mr. Kreutzer wishes to do so. Our department has not gotten any response from him. There is no further action to be taken at this point.
