Phone Call: MR. MEFFORD CALLED AND STATED THAT HIS WATER DOES NOT TASTE BAD BUT DOES HAVE HORRIBLE SMELL. MR. MEFFORD WONDERS IF HIS WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK.

COMPLAINT WAS FAXED TO LAB AT DILLMAN. LAB WAS INSTRUCTED TO CALL MR. MEFFORD AND SCHEDULE TEST OF HIS WATER. Tests were all good. SG telephoned customer 7/14/97. Customer said water is fine now.
