[data cleanup] Closing date was missing and has been provided by the system as a best guess

I looked at the situation and then called Mr. Schneider to find out what he thought should be done to help correct the problem. He said he thinks the paving needs to be "squared off" instead of having a 90 degree turn here. I told him that if we did that, we would have to have a right of entry into his property because our r/w is limited and I also think this will just encourage more people to not stay on the actual roadway. I will continue to analyze the situation. Met w/ Mr. Schneider on site to look at damage done by an accident that occured on 7/14/97 at this curve. I explained that I will be working on both short term and long term solutions to the problem.
