Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers): Request
Walk In: Perpetual, seemingly continuing health problems - including gas leaks, lack of hot water on occasion, and some structural concerns. The sewage system is also extremely suspect. Repeatedly, (at least two times) raw human sewage has leaked in large quantities into basement. Fortune Properties took over a week to repair, and even then, more work was needed that was done.
