Phone Call: Tenant is "troubled." Sharon is concerned that he is a "slob." He sits cans of opened food out to attract bugs, as a kindness, so that the other residents will be "bug free." He has a long file with the IU Police; has called to complain that someone stole his toilet paper, etc. They would like for us to make an inspection of the apartment's condition.
