Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Phone Call: Having serious flooding in the ditch in front of his house caused by development occuring at E 3rd St. & Smith Rd. Large culvert under his drive (3' diameter) is failing. He says it is in the City right-of-way.

I have talked with the home owner and he expressed a willingness to pay for the materials if we install. Bobby Chestnut has called to tell me that the price will be $1163 and to have it set up at CPI 36" at Bedford........ Have tried to contact.....not available. 12/20/99 - Culvert is homeowner's responsibility. Attempts to work with Mr. Chase fruitless. City will maintain ditch.
