Phone Call: David Shaw said he has called on this property last year. He was told nothing could be done because it is in his backyard. David said if you go down the alley between Fess and Henderson you can see everything. David wants to be called if HAND can not do anything and he will try to do something else.

DB, took photos. Will show to environmental planner. Emailed other planners regarding possible unregistered vehicle at back of property. With Linda Thompson, spoke to owner. Told him to have a clear path cut through the weeds by Monday 5/31/2010, and the rest cut down by 6/1/2010. If no path by 5/31, will ticket.
