Phone Call: A CONCERNED CITIZEN CALLED IN TO SAY THAT SOMEONE IS DUMPING UNUSED CONCRETE IN VACANT LOT. THE TRUCK WAS FROM IMI LICENSE PLATE #7266R.

Went to 3408 E. Mulberry Ct., Mr. Letty's resident. Inspected the vacant lot with Mr. Letty. He show me a small amount of fresh concrete that looked like where a truck driver had cleaned out his truck after a concrete pour. Met Mr. Ken Blackwell at his office and asked him to clean the concrete up and to inform the IMI Company not to clean their trucks on to any vaccant lots. He said he would take care of it on Thursday 4/23/97. Inspected site and the concrete has been scooped up.
