Excessive Growth: Request
Phone Call: Trash is still a problem at 517 & 519 N. Fess. They continue to leave their trash containers on the sidewalk all the time. Also the properties located at 415 & 421 N. Park have trash which has not been picked up, and has been there for days. Ms. Butler has called and complained about the trash days ago.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed.

On 4/15/97 I canvassed the north-south alley in the 500 block of N. Fess leaving door hangers, talking to residents, and sent TV's to those who I did not talk to. On 4/16/97 I left a door hanger and talked to the residents at 415 & 421 N. Park.
