DB and spoke with tenants and they claim that sewage overflows only when it rains alot. Will call Health Dept. to see if anything can be done.05/05/2010 Called the Health Dept. and spoke with Randy Rains 05/07/2010, who will take over the complaint and resolve the septic overflow issue. Will monitor.
