Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Phone Call: tyMr. Moran says a possible sink hole is appearing in the northwest corner of his property. He says he can see some sort of metal in the hole and is filled with trash.

1:40 p.m. on site inspection with Mr. Moran. Located in the northwest corner of site a hole about 18 inches to 20 inches deep to what appears to be a steel storm inlet. Futher investigation in the office found that a storm sewer is located under Mr. Moran's Home. 5/2/97, 8:50 a.m. on site meeting with Mr. and Mrs Moran, they signed a Release, Hold-Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to allow the city to make the necessary repairs. 5/5/97 on site meeting with Bob Faulk discussed repairs. 10:15 a.m. site inspection show that the storm inlet has been raised to the correct height and a new bee-hive grate has been installed. Mrs Moran was on site and is pleased with the finished job. No damage was done to the yard or any of the landscaping plants.
