Phone Call: Trash is left out all the time in the 500 block of N. Fess between 9th and 10th St. (on the west side of Fess St.). Residents started doing this once Sanitation stopped alley pick up.

Left door hangers with all houses that have trash where someone was home. Sent TV to 509, 511 N. Fess all units, 528 N. Indiana. Called Mary Holmes at IU Real Estate re: two IU properties. bull dog alley is now in much better shape.
