Drive by--no trash piled up behind house. Box of siding in back yard and a new storm door. I did not see any construction debris. Received call from Eccles re: why hasn't something been done. I met with him on site. The siding that he is talking about if not visible from the street or the alley. You have to be standing in his yard or the parking lot to see it. Called Jeff Fish gave him until tomorrow morning to have this picked up. 4/1/97 siding and curtains have been picked up.
