Db conducted. Container has no lid but the bag inside has been tired. Nothing warrants an ticket 05/13/2010 Recieved call. upset that I wasnt able to give fine. Myself and another inspector found no violations on a DB. 05/26/2010 Meet residents at the property with Doris. Trsh was located in back of property and was not visable during DBS. Issuing ticket.
