On site with Off. Arthur of BPD spoke with Lena Mowls, tenant. she states that her father is living in the aluminum shed behind her house, not at home now. 1:30 spoke with owner Gene Moncel he is not aware of this. Back on site spoke with father Robert Griffin he is living in the shed of his own free will. He seems to have his wits about him and in fairly good health. We explained why he cannot live, heat, and cook in the shed and that he needs to move back into the house. Tx-Evelyn Harrell, she got a call from a neighbor this morning also. Told her what we found and she agrees that it sounds like he is just "in a snit".
