[data cleanup] Closed old ticket from ReqPro
Mr. Butland is very concerned about the pedestrian traffic in front of the TIS Bookstore. He says the signs in front of the bookstore force pedestrians to walk out into 3rd St. and somebody is going to be killed. He also mentioned that the cars on Jordan St. do not observe the NO TURN ON RED signs.

I looked at the site and checked the right of way on our GIS system. When I checked the site, the signs were on the "raised sidewalk" in front of the building, which does not appear to be within the public right of way. I checked the Municipal Code and talked to Lynn Freidmeyer about temporary signs. In her opinion, these signs are illegal per Section 20.06.06.04B because a business is only allowed temporary signing for 30 days (w/renewal). She told me to refer it to HAND for enforcement.
