Phone Call: Ms. Mendez called at 7:00 p.m. on 11/25/96 re. the Kimbell residence at 3521 Park Place. She stated there was no problem until 11/25/96 in the a.m. when the odor got really strong with a chlorine odor.

Contacted the customer on 11/26/96. The customer stated there was a strong chlorine smell/taste on Monday, 11/25/96, but the problem cleared up during the a.m. of 11/26/96. The customer was informed that CBU would sample and test the water. The customer declined.
