Customer was contacted. Discussed questions she had about possible mold in water affecting her health. Advised customer it was most unlikely - if not impossible - that mold in city water was cause of ulcers in mouth. Asked customer if she would like water quality at her residence checked by city lab. Customer stated she would be gone next two weeks but would call me when she returns.
