Met w/Loyce Burns for over an hour. She has alot of problems with the contractor that built her house. I will try and get Mike Allen of Blackwell Construction to redefine a ditch for her in her back yard. It cannot happen this fall or winter because it will totally devestate her back yard, and that would begin another problem... I spoke with Mike Allen of Blackwell Construction and he agreed to discuss his and Ms. Burns problem with her. This problem is not dealing with any property which is City related. Mrs. Burns problem is between her and her contractor on private property...
