Phone Call: Ms. Fox Called. She states that her water has had a bad taste for 6 months. At first it tasted like dirt. It has gotten progressively worse. She states that it now tastes like mildew.
A copy of Ms. Fox's complaint was faxed to Dillman Lab. The Lab was instructed to call Ms. Fox to run a test on her water. SG tried to contact customer by phone to let her know lab results showed customer's water safe. No answer. SG was able to contact by phone 11/18/96.
