Berm along the street has built up to the point that water can no longer reach the side ditches. Street Dept. to be contacted about cleaning the sides of the road. At this time, water flows down the street and into various driveways causing flooding during heavy rains. Further research revealed that the street in question is not a City street. Under the circumstances, no maintainence work can be performed.
