Called Bill Thompson @ CFC to get additional info. He will look into alternatives. Bill says that they are not making any changes to the roof drainage which has been in place for years. Steve to drive by and view the situation. Also Rod will look at the alley excavations. project complete if further problems it would be a civil matter
