SHE HAS HAD TESTS RUN BY UTILITIES DEPT. AND HAS BEEN INFORMED THAT THE DEPT. CAN FIND NOTHING WRONG. SHE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE CAUSE OF THE INCREASE IN AMOUNTS.
