SZAKALY TALKED WITH SUSIE JOHNSON, CODE ENF., HER DRIVEWAY FLOODS BECAUSE OF THE 3 LOTS UPHILL FROM HER RESIDENCE. THESE 3 LOTS DRAIN ONTO HER PROPERTY FILLING & FLOODING HER STORM INLETS. THIS APPEARS TO BE A DEVELOPMENT WIDE PROBLEM.

Walked around this site and around the two lots that are under construction. There was no erosion control visible on either lot and the storm inlets are not protected. I call the Winingler - Stolberg office at 1:30 pm and asked that all erosion control sytems be installed. This site was orginally Mary Ellen Gray"s. She handled it and I checked with her today and she said the issue was resolved.
