Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
House sits on slope of hill, run-off from rain washes driveway into yard, backyard floods, basement leaks around foundation. Problem is gettin worse. Complaintant spoke with Gary Campbell who was in neighborhood possibly on a similar complaint.

Inspected this site, after inspecting a near-by complaint. Found that the storm sewer located across the street needed to be cleaned out. This resident needs to have the back fill redone on the foundation to increase the slope away from the house. Left a sketch from the stormwater Specification Manual showing details of a underdrain swale that could possibily help with the drainage problem. There is no City Ordinance violation.
