City Construction Projects: Request
Citizen says there is a utility cut right where Headley road curves around in front of Headley School (where Matlock becomes Headley). Says its been there for about a month and needs to be filled in. Believes it was City Utilities working there but not sure.

This location is not in CBU jurisdiction, but it is in jurisdiction of private water company (M&H - 339-9813). If the cut is a utility cut, it should be theirs. The street is maintained by the City, so Engineering or Street Dept. might know who made the cut.
