Referred to Engineering Dept - Gary. Will be entered as new complaint. Explained to Ms.
Gorden that I am involved at the present with the developer in the form of a warning letter,
stating the penalities if the viloation are not corrected by 9/3/96
Called and brought Ms Gordon up-to-date on letter recieved from Kevin Potter dated 9/5/96 .Their target date for incomplete items, is 10/31/96, except for street trees and that date is 11/30/96. 3/3/97 sidewalks are poured and 10/28/96 street trees are in.
