DB Valid. Weeds over 12 " high. Attempted to call owner, no luck. Margeret Torphy 332-2623 8/21/96 weeds still not cut. 10/29/96 City cut weeds. Completed DB Still not cut. Found out that owner works at Voters Reg from Jack in parking. 8/29/96 called owner at voters reg. She said she would cut weeds in front but needed to get yard man to remove branches from rear before she could cut rear. 9-4 not cut. 9-5 sent T-6. 9-11 DB still not cut.
