DB. Grass currently being cut, no trash is visible, car appears to be in process of being worked on. Not certain of any qualtifiable violation is occurring. Need to speak to resident. Spoke w/ tenant. Some trash not put out today. Asked them to please store trash til next week and then put it out for pickup. Regarding the car, it is the owner's and he is currently fixing it so that he can remove it. Owner had bought it from a former tenant. -bjm 8/20/96 no trash, yard is ok, car ok.
