Parking on Unimproved Surface: Violation
Richard Marshall, 800 Countryside Lane-#33371, has not paved his driveway yet. The house was finished over a year ago. He only has a gravel drive. He has 5 vehicles and is parking in the yard tracking mud & debris onto the road. There is no sidewalk in front of his house. The other neighbors had to install their sidewalks. He has been hauling in trees getting mud & debris on the road. Marshall is under an expired temporary certificate of occupancy.

On site at 9:45a.m. with Mrs Cecil Crohn. Discussed the status of other complaints that involve the same information she gave to me. will contact Mr. Marshall about the parking. Discussed the status of the side walks which included the developer and the entire site Talk to Mr. Marshall at another site that he is working, about the parking issue. He agreed that he would not park his company vehicles there. Talked about the sidewalk issue. 3/3/97 sidewalk and driveway are poured
