i drove by and there were three cars on the site. all looked as if they had work done on them but appeared to be more of a lifestyle issue rather than anything else. i will drive by periodically to confirm my initial reaction. there still doesn't seem to be a violation of zoning code. if it gets out of hand i will re-open the complaint.
