I sent a letter to Mr. Wininger Sr. concerning Mr. Oeding's problem, the decorative rock wall that surrounds the drainage pipe in front of Mr. Oeding's house is susposed to gradually slope back and the rock wall is susposed to turn into a drainage swail between the houses. Mary Ellen Murphy from the planning department has volunteered to undertake the complaint since this is her subdivision that she inspects for erosion control.
