Bob Falk said streets had cleaned out 3 weeks ago. He told me that his neighbor had told him that it was the city's responsibility to replace his driveway culvert. I explained to him that they would on a road project. Bob Falk said that they(streets) had clean it out 3 weeks ago. I called the man and he said that his neighbors had told him that it was the city's responsibility to replace his driveway culvert. I explained that we only did that if there was a road project.
