Justin and I marked the approximate right-of-way and determined that the trees are in our right of way. I sent a memo to Bob Falk at Street Dept. requesting the trees be removed or trimmed. 7/11/96 Lee Huss talked to me and said all the trees should be removed and a right of entry should be obtained from the adjacent property owner to better access the area. Donald W. Todd signed a Right-of-Entry for the Street Dept. to enter the area through his property to remove the growth. 7/22/96 - The Street Department crew removed all of the trees.
