The request was placed on the Traffic Commission agenda but had to be bumped to the next meeting due to the meeting going overtime.
Based on information provided by our Legal Dept., I called Rev. Butler to inform him that the request was being removed from the Traffic Comm. agenda because the Indiana Code allows for government to provide handicapped spaces only for government entities/functions. Since this is a request by a private entity, we cannot provide for space within the public R/W.
